Interior Designer and Company Owner, Debi Lorraine has been designing distinctive interiors for more than 23 years. A graduate of Phoenix College of Interior Design, Debi is a seasoned traveler who goes to any lengths to find the perfect element to complete her designs. She has worked her design magic for a unique and diverse clientele in impressive residential homes as well as churches, restaurants, and commercial offices. Debi's extensive architectural knowledge has enabled her, working with your architect, to have their structures come to life.

In addition to her remarkable interiors, Debi also works with architectural landscape designers to create complementary exterior designs. She creates distinctive custom designs for iron gates, front doors, benches and outdoor lighting. Some of Debi's most exciting designs have been grottos, reflecting pools and swimming pools.

Chief Operating Officer, David Alvarado brings to Timeless Designs a background in managing his own financial services firm. His experience in owning a small business is an asset as well as a complement to Debi’s creative and energetic personality. Along with David’s entrepreneurial spirit, he has also been an educator in the public schools. David received a Dual Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies and Spanish Studies from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California. Working in the public sector has given him the necessary tools needed to be successful in all arenas related to people. David is an avid sports fan – born and raised in Los Angeles, CA.
